All of our items are classified using the condition gradient shown opposite. The higher up the scale the better the item's condition. If the item is intended as a present, conditions of Good and above will be the most appropriate.
Please bear in mind, items rated as "Considerably Worn" will be acceptable for reference purposes only. They will be entirely readable with all pages and text intact, but will not be suitable as a gift and possibly not for a collector.
Also, please note, very occasionally an item may be published and display a different cover illustration to the one we have on record. This is simply a variance within print runs and the item itself will remain exactly as should be expected. If this is of concern to you then please contact us for details.
Payment / Shipping
All of our items are shipped via first class post within the UK and by priority airmail throughout Europe and the rest of the world.
We aim to offer the best prices with no hidden costs to all buyers worldwide. However, due to the cost of posting items outside of the UK, additional postage costs are required for non UK addresses. Below is an outline of our postage costs and expected delivery times:

Immediate payment via PayPal is required. Cheques will NOT be accepted as payment. However on rare occasions, we may be able to make exceptions for higher priced items, if the item you wish to buy is over £75 - $150 then please contact us for details.
If you win an item with a best offer, to avoid disappointment, we ask that you pay as soon as possible as your item will remain on sale elsewhere until we have received payment. If payment has not been received within 7 days then the transaction will be cancelled.
Returns Policy
We are dedicated to customer satisfaction, so if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund of its purchase price. If on the rare occasion we have made an error in a product's description we will also be happy to refund the cost of your item's return to us (when possible) via second class post. Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of recorded delivery.
If you would like to return an item, please notify us (via email) within 7 days of receipt, quoting your item's SKU and reason for its return. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for items notified after this period.
Pease note; if your item was dispatched "New" then a restocking fee of 20% of your purchase price may be retained.
